How to brew Colombian Coffee

Choose the Right Method

For a full-bodied experience, we recommend using a French press or drip filter. These methods preserve the rich aroma and smooth flavor of Colombian Coffee beans. Always use freshly ground beans for best results.

Mind the Ratio and Temperature

Use a 1:15 ratio, that’s 10g of coffee for every 150ml of water. Heat the water to around 92–96°C (198–205°F) to avoid burning the coffee. Let it bloom for 30 seconds before pouring the rest of the water.

Brew and Enjoy Fresh

Brew for 4 to 5 minutes depending on your method. Stir gently and serve immediately to enjoy the coffee’s chocolatey notes and balanced acidity. Avoid reheating, Colombian Coffee tastes best when fresh.
